She Picks Up A Premature Baby And Goes To Find Mom And Dad, But Gets A BIG Surprise 16k

Premature births are one of the leading causes of baby deaths, especially when it occurs at a place where there isn’t the proper medical equipment or care for the newborn. Statistics show that about 20% of babies won’t make it to their first birthday if born as early at 26 weeks.

All premature babies are placed into the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) for weeks and even months until they grow strong enough to survive without it. For parents, this can be a very difficult time. All a parent wants to do is to hold their child but often can’t.

One nurse, Renee, at the WellStar Kennestone Hospital in Marietta, Georgia, has been caring for premature babies for years. She always looks after each baby as if it were her own and always keep in touch with parents to inform them of any changes. She also caries a camera around and takes photos and sends them to the parents throughout the day.

Many parents who have had the pleasure of meeting nurse Renee wanted to come together and show their appreciation to her. She stood by them and consoled them during moments in need and gave the parents some unforgettable memories.
