Choosing where to live is a huge decision, one of the biggest decisions many will make in their lives and something to live with for a while, so you want to make sure you get it right. While most people want to get the most value for their money, some people have opted to live in “shoebox” apartments to save their money. Felice Cohen decided to ditch her dreams for the time being and move into a 12 by 7 foot apartment in one of Manhattan’s bustiest locations, near the Upper West Side. Her 94 square foot apartment costs her slightly over $700 a month but she claims it has everything she needs. She takes us around on a mini tour of her micro-home and showing how she lives, despite being confined to a home so small.
