To step on the big stage in front of so many faces can be very nerve-wracking for most, especially kids who may not have had that kind of exposure before.

What’s even more scary is not knowing who’s watching, such is the case of Rachael Leahcar, who was born with Retinitis Pigmentosa and heavily impairs her vision, classing her as legally blind. She had theorem to be a singer and wanted to follow them, no matter what.

She fell in love with singing before she was even 10 years old and also picked up many instruments along the way, always wanting to try out new songs on different instruments.

She couldn’t tell but within moments of her starting her performance, members of the audience were in tears, touched by her voice and story.
