When Adele was hosting a live concert at the Birmingham NEC Arena, U.K, her stage experienced a sound failure that cut off all microphone and speaker connectivity. It stunned her for a second but she carried on, singing into the mic and had the backing of the entire audience who sang along to make on incredible, unforgettable experience.

The mic cuts out at 2:40 into the video, and it receives a wonderful response from everyone.
